At Boomdob we use the versatile Biljax 5533A. With a working height of 19m and an outreach on 10m plus a jib we can reach more than the majority of most cherry pickers. The jib allows for increased reach and manoeuvrability allowing us to get up and over roofs, closer to the roof and over parapets for more precise work
We carry out daily inspections and test every 6 months (LOLER) to ensure safety and reliability. Our machine comes with Dob who is IPAF 1b 3a 3b qualified, and a CSCS card holder with 30 years experience. We have harnesses and safety exclusion zone equipment plus we are fully insured
Outriggers and stabilisation systems provide safety on uneven terrain. The Cherry Picker can also be used as a crane up to 300 kilos with a 360 degree rotation
Our cherry picker is fully electric so there is no nasty fumes or noise making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use with minimal disruption to customers and neighbours
For those jobs that require a smaller footprint and do not need such a high and wide reach we also have access to this van mounted cherry picker for smaller jobs
If required and cost-effective, we can arrange and operate a larger cherry picker thanks to our extensive IPAF qualifications and experience. Where a cherry picker isn't suitable we can also arrange and operate a suitable MEWP
